My goal is to focus on the needs of your body. Effective communication is foundation of a strong therapist/client relationship. I want to know where you are most uncomfortable so I can effectively treat those areas and get you feeling like yourself again. This experience is not about my needs. This experience is to give you the the most efficient and effective treatment during your massage appointment.

My mission is to help you heal. I want you to leave your session feeling better, but my priority is your overall health.
